Almost every builder says they build a quality home. Quality should be, and is more than a tagline. With us, quality is a philosophy; it is in everything we do. From footers to the finished product and subcontractors to suppliers, we have worked to identify those people and companies that share our expectations and philosophy. We build every home as though we are building our own.

Sequoia is owned and supervised by Tom Nare. Tom, with his 40 years of building experience, has gained a vast knowledge of residential and commercial construction. My goal has been to become one of the top builders in the tri-state area. My goal was never, and is still not, to become a large organization. I take on only those projects I can personally supervise. And so, when you build with my company, you build with me. I work very closely with each building customer, whether it is a small remodel or a custom home, to assure you the highest level of personal attention and satisfaction from concept to completion.
